x2 Class Workout
I recognized a slight improvement in my speed tonight on the bag. But sadly my jump turn kicks have been really lousy lately for some reason. I guess it's partly because I've been doing turn hooks in my sparring so much that I need to go back and practice my basic ones. I really need to focus on my basic spin kick speed. I did get some new workout bands- or whatever you call them- to help with increasing my speed.
Now I have about 3 weeks left until my tournament. I really want to work hard and earn some more stripes! I think Toi Gye will actually be good enough by then. Mr. Jorge is starting to like the way it's looking right now, and I'm starting to get a little more confident in how it feels- so we'll see.
