Friday Class
Lately I've been working more with my leg weights trying to improve my speed. I think I'm getting a little better. I'm not as tired the next day in class after I've done my weight training the night before. I'm pretty excited about it. I got to work on Toi Gye once again tonight (since it's above my rank, the instructors don't have to let me do it..) and I like how this form actually gives me a pretty good workout compared to the others. So it's fun to do after my training and see how I do on it. I usually get to do it after PT, and before swords, so I get a good workout. Oh well- I just can't wait for my next tournament- I mean this is what I'm focused on- I think I'm currently second in sparring in two divisions, so I need to work hard to get a better seed for state.
