Small Class
It was just me and another student tonight so we just did basic stuff pretty much. I'm feeling a little better about my speed in my kicks which is a much needed improvement! I really need to get my speed up for my sparring. Other than that- my foot is starting to feel a little better- but there are some kicks that I still can't do on the bag. I've been wearing my foot gear to get used to them, and so I don't hurt my foot somehow anymore. I have to wear this special slip in my shoe for 2 weeks. The Doctor said that it should be better by then. My tournament is in about 3 weeks, so hopefully I'll feel 100% for that.
