Mr. James' PT

Today we got to do PT with leg weights. It was pretty tough but it's really something I need to improve my speed and leg strength. After a while he had us take the weights off and we did all our kicks and blocks and katas without them. Pretty tiring. I hope we can do more of this so that I can keep improving for my next tournament. The next one is the 11th of August. Hopefully I'll do better and earn some stripes for my sparring this time!
